To achieve this, we shall maintain a ‘Legislation Register’ and other applicable requirements and ensure all personnel understand their obligations.

We shall endeavour to minimise the environmental impact of our business activities.

We shall achieve this through the setting and monitoring of Environmental Objectives and Targets.

We shall identify our Environmental Aspects and we will work proactively to minimise the Impacts of these Aspects upon our environment.

We shall communicate this Policy to all of our employees and those working on our behalf.

We shall ensure that all our employees are made aware of the individual contribution they can make towards achieving our Environmental Objectives.

We shall endeavour to achieve continuous improvement in our environmental performance.

In pursuance of this Policy, the GILL Group of Companies Limited operates a comprehensive HSQE Management System (HSQEMS). This system is implemented by line management and, when required, is made available to others working on our behalf. The overall HSQEMS has been prepared to illustrate how we propose to manage our environmental obligations and meet the requirements of current legislation, best practice and our clients.

This Policy is endorsed wholeheartedly by our Group Chairman. A copy of this Policy will be displayed in a prominent position at all the GILL Group of Companies Limited’s work locations.
